I had a chance to check our your website too. Nice presentation. I could not find descriptions/photos of individual rooms. Hope once you have the rugs, quilts, etc. together you could add this. We enjoy selecting specific rooms based on furnishings & views, etc. when we travel. You are on our wish list… Now, if we could have fewer family comes to spend time with us 🙂

My wife found them… better internet hunter than I 🙂 We are looking into a late October option. We may not know until the last minute though. This year has filled up with family visits and aging parents.

I was driving down 81 last spring, and I thought I saw a sign for a Belle Grove Plantation. Is there another one? I was confused because I know you are on the other side of the state.
Yes there are three in Virginia! I know it gets so confusing. You will have to blame it on James Madison’s sister, Nelly. After the Conway’s sold our plantation (James Madison and his mother’s birthplace), Nelly, James’s sister built a plantation in Middletown, Virginia. Because her mother loved Belle Grove so much, Nelly decided to name her plantation after ours.
