It was very good. But I have already thought of some changes I want to make to it. I think I’m going to change out the cheese and make it goat cheese instead. Then change out the ham for pesto. And them maybe remove the mushrooms too. There is something about pesto, goat cheese and roasted red peppers that is so good!
No reason you can’t make both versions–they both sound terrific. Are you planning to post recipes?
