Learn the right way, the first time.

Have you ever wanted to learn more about your family history? Join us for our beginner Genealogy course where you will establish a pedigree chart and discover family stories, history, pictures, documents and more. We will dive into census, birth, marriage, death, and obituary documents to find your roots!

You will leave this class having learned tips and tricks in locating records to enrich your family’s story.

Our expert in the field is Amie Bowser Tennant. She is a national speaker, writer and blogger for Family Search, with a Family History degree from Brigham Young University- Idaho.

The workshop will require the class members to be 18 years or older and have a laptop with them for the workshop. WIFI hot spot recommended. There is WIFI at Belle Grove but may run slower with a large number of students using it at one time.

Lunch Boxes

When purchasing your tickets, please select one lunch boxes per person for lunch break. All boxes will include a pasta salad, fruit, cookie, and bottled water. You are welcome to bring additional beverages.
Lunch boxes for lunch break will be provided. Please make sure you let us know which lunch box you wish to order.

Cancellation

Tickets are non-refundable. You may transfer to another person and must let us know you are doing so.
