Cancellation
Tickets are nonrefundable.
Seating
We will have many people attending. Seating will be together with others. If you have someone that will be coming with you and they purchase their tickets separately, please let us know so we can plan to place you together.
Dietary Concerns
We are sorry, but we are not able to accommodate sugar-free, gluten-free or dairy-free. We can do vegetarian.
Children
We love children, but we ask that children under 10 not attend this event.
Weather
If the weather becomes an issue, we will give rain checks to everyone signed up. We are sorry, we do not offer refunds for weather.
Belle Grove Plantation
There are two Belle Grove Plantations in the state of Virginia. We are the Belle Grove Plantation in King George. There is another Belle Grove in Middletown. Please make sure if using GPS that you use King George. If you go to the other Belle Grove, we do not give refunds for you missing the event.
