Grab one of the best seats in the festival, be one of our VIP Guests! Our Individual VIP Tents are 10×10 pop up tents with a 5-foot round table and 8 chairs.

Individual VIP Tent include:
• Early Entry into the Spirits Festival

• Free Tour of the Mansion
• Sample Glass for wine, distilled spirits and beer tasting

Individual VIP Tents will be sold as a Tent. Each table will seat up to 8 people. Gather your friends and make a day of it while you help support Belle Grove Plantation!

(That’s $37.50 per person!)

Tasting and General Tickets

Tasting Tickets (21 years or older) – Saturday, Sept 13th – $25.00
General Admission Tickets (20 years and under or DD) – Saturday, Sept 13th – $10.00

Tickets include access to the festival, free sample glass, wines and distilled spirits samples, great live music, and delicious food options. Parking is free. We encourage you to bring lawn chairs, tents, and blankets. Historic Mansion Tours are not included in the ticket price. Historic Mansion Tour Tickets will be available at the festival.

The James Madison Belle Grove Foundation
All proceeds from this event go to benefit the James Madison Belle Grove Foundation. This non-profit organization is committed to assist in the preservation, restoration, improvement, maintenance, and education of the public about Belle Grove Plantation and its amazing American History. Belle Grove Plantation, birthplace of President James Madison, is a historic Virginia Landmark set on a sprawling 694 acres. Walk in the steps of history while enjoying the beauty of the grounds.

Bring your lawn chair and tent or shelter and enjoy an afternoon on the banks of the Rappahannock River. Tents & Shelters must be weighted and secured or will be asked to be removed.

FOOD TRUCK VENDORS and SWEETS, COOKIES, CAKES, BREADS, MUFFINS VENDORS SPACES SOLD OUT!

We are accepting vendor applications now until August 1st. Please click the “Apply Here” and complete your application. Once we have received it and approved it, we will send you a payment link to purchase Vendor Space. Once we receive your Vendor Fee, you will be confirmed.

Spaces are outside. You must provide your own table, chairs and tents. Cars and Trailers will not be allowed to park behind tents for this festival due to the number of people that will be attending. We will have golf carts available to help run vendors from their cars to their spaces. Vendors will receive two tickets to attend the festival. Any other people you bring must purchase festival tickets to be at the festival. No pets allowed. Restrooms will be available outside the mansion. The two Free Vendor tickets will allow you to tour the mansion at no additional cost. Other members of your vendor space will have to purchase their own mansion tickets.
